Jamie and Billy were Dedicated in creating a dining concept that invokes island vibes, inspiring guests to sit back, relax, unwind and reconnect.  Tropical crafted cocktails adorn the menu that pair perfectly alongside the hand picked Latin Caribbean bites with some recipes that have been passed down from the Cuban Matriarch herself, Mima.
